" I just wanted you send you a note to say how happy all the family are with the care that my wife, Jo, is receiving from you. During the summer, it has been a pleasure to take her for walks in the extensive grounds - she so loves all the flowers, trees, lake and the fresh air. During the winter, I know that it not so easy to provide facilities for visitors, but it is always possible to take Jo to her room and if the children visit with the grand-daughters, then making the Blue Room available is wonderful - it feels just like home! I know that these are the final few years of Jo's life, but the fact that you all make her so much a part of your family means a lot to us. All the staff have become part of our family - this is particulary true at Christmas when the Coleshill family provide the whole essence of the nursing home by sharing their life with all the patients.
